Raising and sanctified weapons

Both will be available to Paladins, with the raising spell currently in the 40th level paladin slot.

so they will have sancted weapons an option starting at lvl 1?

They'll be able to use sancted weapons in the same sense that clerics could. They will always be permablessed in their hands from the beginning.
