Never happened. They were working off the cost of transportation.

Also, all underpaid illegal immigrants (this includes 19th century Chinese railroad workers) aren't forced to work. They could always go back where they came from if they didn't like it.

On a related note, this reminds me of a Republican conspiracy theorist I saw after W. Mark Felt announced he was Deep Throat but before Woodward and Bernstein confirmed caliming that Deep Throat was a myth that Woodward and Berstein made up just so they could accuse Nixon with their "hunch" that he was doing something illegal. What's sad is I am a very Conservative guy and even I knew this guy was full of shit. Just like you. Please, crawl back under that rock you managed to get out from under.

It's a testosterone reference. Myth #1 was evolution and Myth #2 was the holocaust (I swear I'm not making this up). Edaarin is being sardonic.
