I am curious on what the going rate for a 90+ level rogue with locksmith mastery is going for?

Lock mastery isn't really a huge thing so it adds almost nothing, but 90 trains is probably gonna get you like 150 to 175 for him. Fixskill and a decent name or name change potion... account take over or transfer.. warnings HMC status etc. Might net you a little more or less.
