Miscast open Implosion hunting

So this piece of shit named Miscast has been hunting on the glacier for the past week or so. All he does is cast open implosions everywhere and leaves. He's killed quite a few people, including myself after about 5 different times of near death. Everytime someone confronts him about it on the amunet, he says he wont do it anymore but he still is. This isnt mechanics abuse or anything?

If they're hunting the same area I doubt anything will change. The problems became really apparent when a level 2 warrior with no ambush could push a capped pure into offensive when he attacked from hiding.

You also see a kobold, a rolton, a large wooden gate and a dark ladder leaning against a large iron-plated tower.

I already had plans to come kill him as I was out taking a friend hunting and we ran into him casting that.

The implosion bug only kicks in during invasions (ie FI defaults to open). Open imploding will still reflect back normally, though I haven't tried inside town during invasions.

Generally you have to kill the open imploders when they first get the spell. By the time they get close to 40 its usually too late. Most of the time people start killing them far before that, but occasionally a few slip by (Miscast, Drabbo, Reltov).

I've unfortunately had the opportunity to interact with him in the park and Nalina dislikes him. If he's stupid enough to push her buttons she beheads him. I consider that roleplay enough in my opinion.

Sometimes the game is more fun that way, though. Personally I'm happier to see that the GMs are allowing these folks to actually settle their differences rather than stepping in and playing the role of big brother.

I think the GMs do a fine job in GS, but really. They do poke their heads into some things more than they should. I could see stepping in if Miscast was hanging around the graveyard casting mana disruption at younguns for no good reason, but Shisshio and Miscast are both more than capable of killing one another. They should be allowed to deal with it as they see fit...
