Oh man, I just picked up a 1.7 oz bottle of Armani Black Code. The stuff smells amazing. What scents do you peons use/like the most? (Parfume for women as well). Note: I got my girlfriend Lacoste Touch of Pink for anniversary, and that smells excellent as well.

I have a 5oz of Hugo Boss. It's pretty much god, I guess.

I have difficulty breathing when I'm exposed to strong synthetic perfumes or colognes, so I usually just make my own from natural oils and grain alcohol.

A combination of rose and jasmine absolute with neroli essential oil. That's my "personal" fragrance, that I mix up in small batches as needed.

One of the few synthetics I can tolerate is Eau d'Hadrien, from Annick Goutal of Paris. It's light, citrusy, and doesn't stink up the room when I walk in. It's also extremely expensive, but I don't wear it often so a bottle lasts a long time.

I like Muguet too, but it's a little overbearing so I don't wear it. It's nice to smell on other people though.

I like Obsession or Eternity. I'm cheap.

I don't wear scents very often; however, when I do I love Nuit de Noel by Caron. It's an old parfume, only made once a year, and is horrendously expensive, but I love it.

I'm a huge fan of Polo Blue for the summer. I've gotten pleanty of compliments and it is a very light scented cologne that I can toss on daily before I head out of my house. Acqua Di Gio is also a great one, but I reserve that for the fall/winter season a bit more.

Depending on how intimate it's going to be, I spray CK One 3-5 times and it's an instant nose orgasm for her.

General rule of thumb as far as me using cologne.

One spray on the front of the neck, one spray on the back and then rub into the neck. Two on the wrist and rub into the wrist and then a shot or two at the shirt. Blue is light smelling enough that it won't wear off and you will constantly recieve compliments. It has yet to fail me.

Issey Miyake.

Never failed me yet. The fragrance suits my outgoing and playful personality. Plus when I wear it, it reminds me of summer.

Anything sprayed by the canful is too much! As for men's cologne I'm pretty old-fashioned. I love Old Spice, and I'm glad Hubby likes it too. He uses the original Old Spice fragranced shaving cream, and just a tiny dab of the cologne on his neck. It's strong at first, but after around 20 minutes it's so light I hardly notice it even when we're snuggled close.

I prefer scents that draw attention to the wearer, rather than to the scent itself. In other words, even if it smells nice - if it's strong enough for me to ask what someone is wearing, it's probably too strong.

When I was young (about when dinosaurs roamed the earth) I loved this stuff by Jovan called Grass Oil. I haven't seen it in years, so I guess they quit making it. It was inexpensive, so even a poor kid like I was could afford it, and it had a beautiful clean kind of smell.

My husband is allergic to perfume, so I rarely wear any. I'm a sucker for perfumed soap, though, and luckily the stuff in soap doesn't make him sneeze. There's a perfume shop in Epcot that sells the most wonderful scented soaps. Whenever we go there I spend my whole souvenir budget stocking up on the stuff.

Edited to add: I keep a small bottle of Halston around and put a small dab on my neck before bed if he's managed to REALLY piss me off. Since I've had the same small bottle for years, I guess that doesn't happen very often.

I wear several. Eternity is one of my wife's favorites on me and I wore it when we were dating 14 years ago, so it brings back fond memories of our youth. It's sort fo a "special ocassions" cologne.

Mostly now I wear Cool Water. I also wear Safari from time to time.

Envy by Gucci

CK-Be by Calvin Klein

Bleue by Issey Miyake

Those are my three main ones, I switch it up depending on my mood. I've got alot of other stuff that's nice but none stick out like those three.

I wear Dolce & Gabbana pour hommes when I go out. Occasionally I wear Armani Mania to class.

Right now, when I go to work I wear Woods.

Sometimes I use Axe Phoenix as deodorant. I occasionally carry it around to spray after working out, but only enough to mask the smell of sweat.
