Simucoins 80% sale now? Worth making a nearly ungimped char for $25 a year?

Made a F2P paladin to see how little I can spent to get a nearly fully ungimped experience.

Originally planned to just get society pass for a year (100 simucoins x12) and treasure pass (250 coins x12) plus some lesser xp pass when leveling gets slower around lvl30-50 (probably around 300days worth so 25 simucoins x 300), total around 11,700 simucoins for the year.

But now I see there's a sale this month, 80% off for a bunch of f2p items. The same amount of passes only cost 2340 simucoins. Might even be worth it to play an empath and get 12 months of healing passes for 600 simucoins.

I still think it's too much hassle to be F2P and buy SimuCoin stuff to make up for what F2P lacks compared to a basic account. I'd rather just pay the 15 bucks a month and get the full experience included.

But that's just me.

When I saw your title I thought you meant they were selling SimuCoins for 80% off and I thought something big must have happened for them to start selling SimuCoins so cheap where they need to raise a bunch of money now.

Yeah after buying a few passes, I got annoyed too. There's no way to buy multiples of each item at a time so every token purchase takes 3 clicks to buy on the site then like 3 ingame commands to activate. I'm rethinking buying 300 exp pass now, the amount of clicks and commands to enter will give me carpal tunnel.

You could probably automate all of that with a script.

I automated both buying crap from the simu store (mostly stacks of 30 day enhancive potions) and redeeming them in game. It still takes forever for the script to process the redeems in game because simu deliver command sucks in multiple ways. Wyrom also told me my script was breaking something on their end so I had to add more delays to it. Totally doable though to process 365 items if you want to leave the comp for 2 hours.

That's hilarious but also not surprising.

Easy way is to capture the xhr request, create a chrome bookmark, then when you login to the store you just click it about once every 2 or 3 seconds.
