Ah, yes.
I reckon that it is the time where the bees are buzzing, the birds are chirping and I, Plunkitt of Tammany Hall, require somewhat of an alter, if you will.
I happen to be about to buy an alter scroll for 2.5 million silver and am wondering about these so called rules... regarding scripted items.
