OOC Whispering.

Okay, so there's this female who hangs out in the cavern of ages. She's a well known player / character.
Just she's ALWAYS whispering OOC shit to me. To make it worse, she'll say something like :
******* whispers, '' yeah I love my kittens , they play so silly.''

******* giggles at you.

See what I mean.
Whispering something totally OOC then giggling IC to my character, who hates that shit.

Finally , she does it ALL the time.
Like never ever ever fucking stops, moving onto fresh conversations every time one plays out.
I really think she's a nice person.
But no way can I take when I come to a fantasy game, folk talking RL at me.
Fucks RP totally.

Eh. Apart from the IC response, I don't think it's that bad. Whisper is a valid personal OOC format.

I don't see how hard it is to RP out loud and whisper OOC if you dont have someone's IM.

I do it daily.

Last night I was RPing my cleric in Vaalor (ugh) and some youngin was whispering to me, i kept trying to RP.. Finally he actually whispers, "Hey are you a NPC?"

if you have her AIM you could just tell her that if she wants to talk ooc to do it on AIM, then you can choose to pay attention if you want.

Simple fix: Whisper to them to stay IC, if they don't, warn interact and move on. There are plenty of people out there that still RP, so just ditch the ones that don't.

However in this case, you seem to have dug yourself a pretty significant hole by not nipping it in the bud.
