After searching the wiki a bit further, looks like this has been limited to auctions/raffles.... so I'd guess there's only half a dozen or fewer in the lands. One sold earlier this year at the Grand Auction for 100m (link below), which is prolly the absolute upper limit for what they'd sell for.
