This vultite kozuka is a "Chronomage Dagger" and has a chance for a 3x mstrike flare when HURLED. It was first released at Ebon Gate in 2009.
It may be freely altered by any willing merchant with a long or show description, as long as it remains a dagger of extremely good crafting and in very good condition. No chips, rust, dull surface, nicks, mars, or anything in a similar vein. It may not refer to any crafting/origin other than the Chronomages.
