I used to be rather against all the new-fangled cell phone ringers. Not militant about it or anything, but there is nothing more annoying than the coworker who has the Macarena going full blast every time her cell phone rings.

I decided to get my own cell phone ringer the other day. Sprint had a mediocre selection, but I finally ended up with the Knight Rider theme. I must say, it is pretty hot.

What is the ringer on your cell phone?

If I could get Bananaphone on my verizon phone, I so would.

Depends who's calling.

For my hags, it's "Milkshake" by Kelis
For my boyfriend, it's "Toxic" by Britney
For work, it's "Shutup" by Black-Eyed Peas
For other numbers, it's "Since you been Gone" by Kelly Clarkson :D

I have too much fun with those damn things... and they cost too much. I want Macarena now just for the annoyance factor (although Milkshake does pretty well at that).

sadly, not on my phone. it doesn't have the equipment to have actual songs on it, just the tones. :(

Just got a new phone - so I've yet to pick a decent ringer.

(currently set on silent almost all the time)

Guy that sat near me at work had the Fraggle Rock themesong.

Mine, oddly, sounds like a phone.

Generic cingular phone. Mines one of the mixed tone rings that comes with it but it sounds kinda electronica. Its called Dusk and Dawn or something.

Phones are great for ADD though. When I got the little flashy-light-flame-rhinestone-thing to replace the intena (sp?) I called my bank constantly for the first 48 hours or so just to see the disco colors. FUN!

 Anyone else love reading Jihna's posts for the simple fact that it makes you feel not so insane afterwards? :)

Yes. I'm also starting to think the avatar suits her nicely.

edited to say: especially if you look at that avatar while reading her thing about the ADD.

They're also a way for the government to send subliminal messages to slowly program you to do what they want when you see certain things.

I have the mario brothers theme, but I hardly use it.

When my brother calls, it plays wanksta because my brother's a wanksta.
When my friend jason calls, the austin powers theme comes on.
For my mom, it's just a normal phone ring.
For everyone else, it's the Fox MLB playoffs theme.

I've a link-cord, and my cheap-ass LG VX600 somehow plays mp3s so I change mine a bit but right now I mainly use

Mario Brothers - the dun nu nun unu nuh from when you die (old school original)

KMFDM - Helmut mein Helmut

Stabbing Westward - How Can I Hold On

THe whistling sequence from Kill Bill.

Same here.. it's so sad. I have this awful sounding "Come away with me" By Nora Jones.. I'm so jealous of you all with the good phones!

HEY HEY. Dont knock it. Insanity it a great tool for boardroom boredom. Because ultimately if his idea sucks, you can fixate at the greasy mole on the presenters cheek until hes intimidated back into his chair.

Also, Jolena needs a spanking. I volunteer.

Mine beeps one and then vibrates.

One day, it will be acceptable and perfectly legal to kill people with annoying cell phone rings.
