Looking for the owner of Qar & Cog

Two old characters of mine...

Qar was last seen a couple months ago in Ice Mule. He logs on once in a blue moon. I suspect it's someones alt now.

Cog has not been seen for a long time to my knowledge.

If you are able to put me in contact with the owner of one of these characters, and it can be verified, I'll give a reward.

Not sure how long you've been gone for, but it's possible one or both of them have different names now, since you can change your name via Simucoin store potions now.
