Dramatic Drapery Cloak with Weight Reduction

As the title says, anything for sale? Must have both the Dramatic Drapery (sigil cloak) script AND some useful amount of weight reduction. Would consider any tier of cloak, from OTS to fully unlocked.

Figured I’d ask before Rumor Woods begins this year.
