Undead and Hideing

Ok so Im curious, Ive heard many times undead have a excelled ability to pull out hiders but just how advanced is it?

Im currently hunting skeletal ice trolls in the mule while Im stuck mainland. Checking on Tsoran's map pegs them in at level 31, Im level 35 fully trippled in stalk and hide and if they check for me in hideing I fall out pretty much 99% of the time... Is this going to hold true for all future undead because to me it seems a bit over powered for them to pull that easily.

It will happen for most undead forever. They can detect life or some such BS. Some animal critters (wolves, tigers etc) are equally perceptive.

Yeah when you get to Pinefar, those polar bears are a BITCH to hide from. My rogue that hunted there fully doubles in hiding and was mastered in shadowmastery PLUS had colors and she still had the hardest freakin time hiding on polar bears.

When I was hunting them, they pulled a capped friend of mine out of invisibility. I don't know that anyone can really hide from them successfully.

Luckily, those things are super easy. Wait for them to swing, hide, kill.

Well right Im not really having a problem hunting them I just prefer being in the shadows since my DS is really horrid.

*edit* I also think its total bs that they even snag someone that old from invis ... sense life is such bs

at 2x I've never had problems with the undead I've hunted. Those are undead in Zul, Corpses, Skeletal Lords
