86 Cleric and 86 Empath F2P

You could look at history of sales but fresh capped anything is 3-400. 150 is too low for sure but how much lower? Not sure sure. You could just MB it at $150 and see how it goes.

If you're looking to get back something equivalent to the time and money you invested, you're going to be sorely disappointed. $150 may be low - maybe $250 is closer. But I suspect that also falls short of what you put in.

Shrug. They can prove that they own the character, or not. At that point, it's no more dangerous than any other transaction here. I'd guess more people have gotten screwed by people with lots of green bars, than by people with one.

There's a reason for that. There is an auction for a capped wizard right now at a price of $450. No takers either. What makes you feel your characters are worth even $250 when his character comes with a mastery of one of the societies, is a master forger, has something unique coming with him, in this case, a T3 tattoo AND 35 additional locker slots? Whoever buys your 86th level character will have to work much harder to earn master in a society. COL is probably ok at 86th, can't actually say otherwise since all of my toons were masters before their 25th level, but Voln takes longer at 86th level because favor is based on your level. It's why most prefer getting Voln master early on. Your guy has no artisan skills or anything. He's right off the turnip farm outside of his level. That other wizard also comes with nearly 250k bounty points.

Honestly think people are devaluing these a bit, having a pocket healer + cleric on separate accounts that are high leveled is a pretty welcome benefit. Sure they aren't capped, but you also don't have to pay for them ever (Or pay minimally).

We aren't putting him on blast. He asked for input on the price so we gave him the input. He didn't agree with it when he noticed the market doesn't reflect what he originally thought.

The value add of having a pocket cleric/empath still needs to justify the increased pricing. Which depending on who you talk to isn't much. With the surivalist kits + the town cleric/salve it reduces the justification to have them unlike say 5+ years ago.

With all that being said I'm still interested in the cleric but I'm not going to pay capped prices.

Not really blasting him but setting expectations. As a pocket rezzer and a healer, not bad choices really. But more than $200 is crazy for just alts on another account when all you need really is a mid 20s cleric for full rezzing and a 10th level empath for full healing. 86th level for a pocket empath is like having Superman to hold your umbrella. Maybe there's more to an 86th level empath that I don't see so correct me if I'm wrong. Of course, having an 86th level pocket cleric can be cool if you are going to use him for sanctifying gear and also blessing. That's why I would bid no higher than $150, because any higher I could just go with a capped Cleric who can do S6 600 diff gear. What did the last capped cleric go for, somewhere around $500?
