damn, talk about putting someone on blast for something small. Citizens raffles are pretty random if they are citizens then there is not much to be done. They had alterers in almost every town for Citizens only this week. could become a citizen elsewhere, but It's not unreasonable either there she be a cool down of hey you've been spun every time.
