needed/ need one with a hood to cover my noggin. didnt see on on PS that seemed workable ...I found one to use, but still want to find one if there are any.

I didn't know they blocked flares...makes sense but bleh. Troubled waters has a nice one for not too much. I think they are the azure silk robes.

You determine that the ashen wool robes (altered mine) is an armor concealing garment that will hide leather, scale, chain mail and plate mail armor which covers torso, arms, legs and head when it is worn.

The robes can be worn anywhere on the body.
