why do i got to be the same as everyone else...

whats wrong with trading...

I get rid of it if anything else would benefit me greater.

I have trading on my younger char that I just pass gems off to sell.

I'd honestly rather max out the inf bonus after mastering warcries with a stat reallocate.

Trading blows for an ugly warrior. Everyone knows to get a beauty of a sylvan empath to sell your shit for you. (ahem.. Velvette.) for a cut of course. Better than losing all that jack for being a dark-elf.

Trading is a good use of the points in the 0-10 levels. It allows you to make slightly more (which adds up) initially for rats pelts etc. By time you hit ten you just fixskills it away.

I havn't played in a new character in years. Does every new player get a 30 day fix skills or does it take a year to attain lvl 10?????

I believe its 1-9. They have a vastly increased (if not instant) rate of migration. Plus they gain a fixskills anyway.

When you first make, you have 2 weeks that you can adjust and change your skills as you want, with no time between changes. After that, you have normal migration, plus a fixskills.

Ditch trading first aid perception and survival.

Being a warrior you need to stop using words like "critique".

Warriors use word like "check" or "look at"

wow, all you guys are wrong

you get 30 days of fast migration. there is some delay, big chunks of skills will drop each pulse.

and keep the trading

Uh. Unless you're an ambusher, you typically hideously mangle corpses. Merchanting is more effective.

With slightly less than .5x first aid and survival, my warrior makes an extra 1k a hunt easy (when he's hunting skinnable things, obviously). Merchanting is way more involved than typing .skin vesp.

I suppose...just seems very low-end to me. You could be using those points on improved combat efficiency.

Finding and consuming herbs at a faster rate doesn't improve combat efficiency?

StrayRogue

I don't see how his combat efficiency can be greatly increased either. He's already well trained in all the appropriate skills.

Herbs are a waste of time in combat. Scroll reading or magic item use would be useful, as would more MO.

Dude, have you seen the CMAN penalties you can wrack up with two stacked arm minors? It's brutal!

If you use your cmans right, you shouldn't have any. Also, that's what focused mstrike and defensive spells are for.
