Pretty damn good if you get past the propoganda.
Short spoof sporting vegetables and the such. Surprising very well done.

I'll be at the Veterans 24 at midnight with 4 other friends. I know the story and how it will unfold and now I can't wait more than ever.

I'll be AMC Woodlands at midnight with my brother and 4 others. This is my first experience at an opener but he bought me a ticket sooo we'll see. He just got done reading the book and is even more pumped. I'm debating if I want to read it first.
I feel this movie is the most important movie i'll ever see.
After this it will be Batman beginning (close 2nd), Then I really don't expect anything EVER to make me this excited.
Umm except maybe Event Horizon 2.
Got my ticket for Thursday night. Decided midnight was too late, so not as nerdy as PB. For me its just closure. Haven’t been crazy about the latest two.
I guess it was 77 when the first movie came out. Saw it at the Zigfield in NY. It was probably the most memorable movie moment of my life. I did not see or hear anything about the movie before I sat in the chair to watch it. You get the little preamble to intrigue your curiosity, then you are staring out into space, floating there... a ship past, then the rumbling starts and yeah you guys know all that... but I have to say, nothing has ever measured up to that since.

I'm going as soon as humanly possible, which sadly might not be opening day because of work :(
Don't spoil it for me I have no idea what the book says!!!
But yeah, I'm excited. I didn't get into the movies until about 12 years ago, when the guy I was seeing convinced me to finally watch them. now I watch them at least once a month.

Yes cuc, the farm is what gives us our power....it's kind of a "field" that creates all edible things.

Fucking nerds. Your parents would be so ashamed.
That being said, I'm looking forward to seeing the movie next weekend.
