5x perfect maoral-hafted mithril mace

Any suggestions on the current value of a 5x perfect mace?

I'd have said 5-6m until 9ish months ago.... but the market for perfects has tanked and maces aren't exactly the most sought after blunts. If you need the silvers right away, take whatever you're offered.... but if you have a shop you can put it in you can prolly get at least 3-4m for it eventually.
