His 3rd season has been put on hold for weeks now. I've heard lots of rumors about WHY, but really have no idea.

Some say he was surprised by being catapulted into stardom, and is feeling the pressure. I think that after his last season, he was signed to a 50 million 2 year deal...so maybe he is feeling the pressure.

A lot of people psychologically have problems with success, generally speaking. It's difficult competing with yourself, and if not a hoax/free publicity stunt, that would be where I'd look in this case. Possible Chappelle is wondering how he's going to top those numbers.

Either way, it's sad. He's pretty funny/doesn't need a hoax.
