New MIU question please regarding wearing a lot of spells

I have my ranger and wizard on another account and feel like I'd be better off just MAing rather than begging for spells or buying X a days for millions on millions.
Even if I did buy them im not 100% sure what to do here.

So I heard the formula for spell burst is

Wearable Mana = ((AS + MIU + HP + SA) + 0.5(Mana Controls + Lores)) / (225.0 / level)

meaning if I train almost 1x in AS and get say 50 MIU, I should be able to wear 50 (ish) mana of outside spells.
I've got my own rogue minor elementals, so I thought that would be enough for Moblies, Blurs, Thurfels, Strength Colours and Blues.

My stats are

Constitution (CON): 100 (25) ... 100 (25)
Dexterity (DEX): 102 (31) ... 107 (33)

I'm 3x S/h, 3x Dodge, 2 Edged, 1.8x TWC, 1x AS, .5x MIU, 2x PF, 2x Ambush, 2x CM and 1.5x Armor Use.

I hope this is all the info needed for an evaluation. I will use the test server if I can too.
Any help at all would be so greatly appreciated. I have played this game most of my life now and I've never been good at the numbers and equations side of it.

if you use lich too burstcalc.lic will also let you know what your spellburst is at and how much it is over, if it is over. Sorry that probably isn't terribly helpful
