647 requires a 797 for first cast, then 847, 897, 947, and 997.

Cap 303 sorc spell with full stat enhancives is about an 800 bonus. That's 10 weeks for the project and 0, 2, 4 ,6, 8 weeks suffused for a total of 30 weeks (and get some fix skills).
