International laws are VERY different from US laws. I know when I was at AOL, our international version carried different code. What specifically, I couldn't say, but I know it's different.

To my very limited knowledge, you cannot change an Intl version to a US version, at all.

But, my knowledge is very limited with that :)

It's only north as long as you're looking in the same direction. Otherwise it changes.

You need to go into Regional and Language Options in Control Panel.
