Looks like they are selling Ethereal armor certs in the Hess this run for 250k BS

So, before you go pay for that, I'm offering the same via my reim scrip for a 75k BS MB with a 150k BS BO (I'll also take silvers/cash that is equal to this based on GOATS current prices of 3.15 per m silver and 2.75 per k BS)
The certs at HESS are listed by the post as being OTS. It's not clear weather that is tier 0 or tier 1 though (It's tier 0 in reim), so if it is tier 1 there I will provide up to that first cert with it to try to ensure it is the same. I may also have scrip to provide at least one more unlock cert if you are interested in that for a proportionally good price to what I am already offering here.
Now, the con: You will have 30 days once I pick up the cert for you to email Retser (directions are on it) as opposed to the automated mechanics for certs at DR
The Pro: Not only cheaper, but it will NOT count towards a DR service on whatever armor you choose to put it on.
All the rules apply for adding the script that do anyway, I don't control that, so your armor must be eligible.
