Howdy folks!

Got an interesting pair of gloves for sale of a roguish nature, they hold a lockpick and allow one to brandish it with flair along with a few other interesting actions dependent upon one having at least a silver or two on them.

A pair of stygian black gloves

MB: 1 million
CB: SOLD on a generous buy out! Enjoy glove purchaser!

You analyze your stygian black gloves and sense that there is no recorded information on that item. It may or may not be able to be worked on by a merchant alterer.

You can tell that the gloves is as light as it can get, but you might be able to have a talented merchant deepen its pockets for you.

>wear glove
You slide a pair of stygian black gloves on over your hands and tug them down over each finger, making sure the gloves fit like, well, a glove.

>rub my glove (No silvers)
You rub your hands together briskly.

>rub glove (With at least a single coin- success)
You withdraw a silver coin and rest it on the back of your right hand, confidently showing it to those nearby. You then slowly glide your left hand over the coin, steadily increasing speed with each pass. On your final sweep, you secretly palm the coin with your left hand and use your thumb to nudge it into an invisible slit cut into your left glove. With the coin safely tucked away, you show both sides of your outstretched hands to any onlookers, winking mischievously.

>rub glove (With at least a single silver- failure; note- you actually drop a single silver, which can be recovered from the ground)
You withdraw a silver coin and rest it on the back of your right hand, indicating its presence to all in the room. You then glide your left hand over the coin lazily, attempting to distract the onlookers while using sleight of hand to secret the coin away on your final swipe. To your chagrin, you lose control of the coin in front of everyone and stand by helplessly as it falls to the ground.

>turn my glove (lockpick in pocket, pocket open)
With a twist of your wrist, you subtly withdraw your lockpick from a secret pocket stitched into the palm of your right hand glove. You then hold the lockpick between your index finger and thumb, making a show of its mysterious appearance for any watching eyes.

>turn my glove (non lockpick in pocket, pocket open)
You twist your right wrist in an effort to subtly withdraw your trailknife from the secret pocket stitched into the palm of your glove, but are unsuccessful. Perhaps attempting to withdraw a slimmer, less noticeable item would meet with better success.

>turn my glove (Lockpick in hand)
You twist your right wrist around in gentle circles, limbering it up for the task at hand.

>spin my glove
You twist your wrists around in gentle circles, limbering them up for the task at hand.

>waggle glove
You clench and release your hands and waggle each of your fingers, limbering them up for a delicate task.

>pinch glove
You interlock your fingers and stretch your arms out in front of you, cracking your knuckles loudly.

>remove glove
You tug each finger of your stygian black gloves, loosening the gloves, before sliding a pair of stygian black gloves off your hands.

>recall glove loresong
As you direct your song to the gloves an image slowly begins to take form. A cowled figure flips a gleaming silver coin high into the air, catching it during its descent on the back of his gloved right hand. He passes his left hand over the coin a couple times, until suddenly it disappears! A smirk slowly spreads across his face, barely visible under the folds of his cowl.

>recall glove loresong
As your song continues another image floods your mind, this time that of the cowled figure kneeling by a sturdy iron chest. He twists his right wrist quickly as his fingers tuck into his palm. A second later he is twirling a lockpick between his index finger and thumb.

>recall glove loresong
The cowled figure tosses his cowl back, displaying his ruggedly handsome features and sandy blond locks of hair. The half-elf brandishes his lockpick as confidently as a warlord brandishes his weapon. Slowly he inserts his lockpick into the lock, rooting around within.

After rooting around the lock for a moment, he grins, a victorious expression spread across his face. He slips the lockpick back into his glove and hurriedly reaches for the lid, anxious to unearth its treasures. As he lifts the lid he sees...

>recall glove loresong
...nothing, for once the lid is lifted the chest explodes, sending the would-be treasure hunter to a fiery death.

>recall glove
