Description is "a recurve composite bow inscribed with pale cerulean runes" when inactive.
Upon activation it becomes "a recurve composite bow flickering with pale cerulean flames."
It has the native Daybringer flares along with added lightning, which can flare simultaneously:
You nock a glowbark arrow fletched with plain white feathers in your composite bow.
You fire a glowbark arrow at a tree spirit!
The arrow strikes true, but the tree spirit shrugs off some of the damage!
