I need an idea of something I can get to mom by/before Sunday. Any ideas/websites where this might be possible?

You could always send a flower basket from FTP flowers. The bouquets are lovely, and the basket can be used when the flowers are gone. :)

Can't get delivery in time. Mind you my parents live in the middle of nowhere in North Carolina. Most of the major sites (FTD, 1-800, Hallmark, etc.) all are can't get delivery there by Saturday.

Ick! Ummm...could you call a florist in their town to make something up for her?

Doubtful. Don't necessarily have to get flowers, just anything that could be delivered in time.

Flowers was the only thing I could think of that you'd have a prayer of getting delivered that quickly. :(

Ish. Looks like you're outa luck hon, unless you have a friend in their town who owes you a favor. ;)

Many restaurants (especially in small towns) will allow you to pick up the tab for someone else via phone. Call into their favorite restaurant, see if you can. Additionally, if it is a nice enough restaurant, they may even arrange for flowers for you.

Well, looks like I can get it to go through. I picked the "Mom's Reward" bouquet. We'll see if she gets it tomorrow.

If I was a train conductor trainee, my parents would think I was the worst son ever. :D

Heck, I haven't even started shopping for my mom yet, and she's in another state.
Edited to add: It's also her birthday this weekend. I'm so behind.

Pic of what I got.
Hopefully they won't fuck it up. I'll probably get an e-mail saying they can't deliver it to the address specified. Oh well, as long as it gets there SOMETIME next week.

Teddy bears that rock my socks.
I sent one to a girlfriend, for our anniversary that I hadn't remembered until 6:00PM the day before...delivery was on time.
