LOG I believe has the highest stat cap for equipment. INT being 2nd. I've seen +17 LOG and +16 INT (not on the same item) back the prime fusion fodder times, but never seen more than +8 LOG Bonus.

Not sure on stat caps, but I do have a +19 INT runestaff. I've thought about adding the +1 for 50k BS to make it 20, but I bought it for like 500k from a player shop a long time ago and investing in it would mean I created yet another project for myself, lol.
