What are these?


20x/day guaranteed lightning flare on next weapon strike, plus AS boost equal to 55% of target's magical DS boost.
2nd most powerful (after red, and better than green).



When pointed at a living victim, they sense the target's magical barriers and siphon off a portion of the warding magic's energies and convert it to increase the effectiveness of the talon-wearer's next physical attack on the target. If the target is still alive after the attack, the violent realigning of their own warding energies results in a lightning flare of variable strength upon the target, but generally it is less violent on non-magic users, and more violent on those more reliant upon magical energies. The talons are invocable 20 times per day, however use against a critter uses one charge and use against an adventurer or more heroic type person uses five charges. Slightly less powerful than Red Talons

These are very nice. It can be quite the significant AS boost in areas with limited spells or other abilities to increase attack.

Some other points:

- 20 charges per day. 1 charge to use on a creature, 5 charges to use on a player.
- These talons do not trigger any cast roundtime or hard roundtime. With an alias and a reasonably fast internet connection, you can use these with no noticeable impact on your attack speed and
mobility.
- The talons use the hand-worn functional slot.
- The talons work with ranged weapons for the lightning flare aspect only. The AS boost does not work.
- The talons do not work with hurled weapons.
- they can work with UAC, but you need to make a script to take your gloves on and off
- the AS bonus will add to all rounds of a focus multi-strike
- They work against vvrael.
- Each charge is restored on an individual basis, 24 hours after use. This is perhaps easiest to explain with an example output from HUG TALONS:
