I have two of these and it turns out I use the second one rather rarely. Maybe someone else will get more use from it.
1109 gives:
* +15 melee AS
* +25 generic DS
* +15 spirit TD
* Protection against evadable maneuvers
* Protection against SMRv2 spells and maneuvers
Nice all-around option for one of your two outside spells in the Hinterwilds. (Unless you're so scared that you need to double up on fear protection spells.)
It is not found on scrolls from the treasure system (and so is not available with 1750). It is pretty difficult to find overall, outside of these pendants from Spellbound (retired) or the beefy scrolls from the original Duskruin run (retired). There used to be a drinkable of it at Duskruin, but that's gone, too.
This is raise activated, so +33% to duration (but -40 to activation).
