Keep in mind, if you add capacity to a WR item, only the initial capacity has WR. You can "fix" that at RW coming up in a few weeks. Just putting that out there for those who weren't aware of that.

For this particular piece, the system will calculate initial costs on the added capacity (50 lbs from the original 150) to reach the current WR (25%). In other words, bringing a 50 lb container from 0 to 25% WR. Then it will normed to the RW system of being able to add 1% WR with cost based on the total capacity and what "gate" the current WR is (1-40%, 41-60%, rough estimates, etc).
