I mean they've always been pretty rare, but it's been awhile since i've seen one for sale.

I think at some point they must have fiddled with the auto loot drop rate of these. It has been ages since I found even a modestly enchanted one hunting.

True +10 used to be fairly common. But +20 were always super rare.
