New to these type of items, song says worth 1.8m, what would this realistically be worth?

a gleaming spiked steel greatnelm

It provides a boost of 2 to Magic Item Use Ranks.
This enhancement may not be used by adventurers who have not trained 9 times.
The greathelm looks to have more than your average giantman could count charges remaining.
It has been temporarily enhanced.
Its enhancement will degrade when the wearer is struck in combat.
It should have quite a few uses left before the enhancement degrades away completely.
When its enhancement has degraded away, the item will lose its ability to grant greater protection.
It will persist after its last enhancive charge has been expended.
It appears to weigh about 4 pounds.
It is padded to lessen the damage the wearer takes.
It is a basic project (144 difficulty) for an adventurer to modify.

You assess the greathelm for structural weaknesses and strengths.

Careful examination indicates the spiked steel greathelm has a base strength of 40 and a base durability of 290. You also determine the current integrity of the spiked steel greathelm to be at 100.0%.

Examining the greathelm closely, it looks like it is temporarily very heavily padded to lessen the damage the wearer takes.

[A gleaming spiked steel greathelm has a combat effectiveness rating of 11 points of Damage padding and a 26.6% chance to have a combat effectiveness rating of 12. It has 8 of 30 services towards the next full rank of combat effectiveness.]

Thanks for any help 😊

35k... up to how much you want to market it maybe 250k

The value of temp-enhanced items typically is completely disconnected from real value. In this case, if it only has the temp damage padding, I would just take the 35k from the pawnshop.

There really isn't much of a market for temp enhanced items aside from things with resistances that are otherwise difficult to come by... and even those will likely take some effort to sell since there aren't many critters with attacks that make use of the vacuum/disintegration/plasma/etc crit tables. I'll sometimes put them in my shop for 100k or so if I have the space, but they rarely sell before I have to pull them to make room for other things.

Yeah, I would pawn this and not really think twice.
