I had a blast in college but I DO NOT MISS FINALS! The celebrations afterwards were sweet though.

I remember when I took my last final for my last class - last semester before graduation. I went down to the campus bar/grill at the student center and sat at a table by myself and had a beer after putting in some Floyd into the jukebox (and I'm not a huge beer fan) before meeting up with the rest of the group to really kick it off. That 20 minutes of introspection on the journey to graduation was a very memorable 'deep thoughts' moment.

Props to the professors who let those of us with a high enough grade in the class to skip them.

I took two finals on Monday, aced them... I was very excited because in my political science final I knew 4 out of the 5 essay question answers and I only had to pick one so I just chose to compare and contrast a parlimentary system and a presidental system and the advantages and disadvanges of the two, I told him more information then he could have possibly wanted, and I finshed with an A in sociology... my astronomy and art appreciation finals are tommarow, and I will feel so much better when its done and over with! I'm not taking first session summer classes but I'm going to take M107 second session that way I can take calculus in the fall and start my physics courses... yay. I figure if I can make it through A105 (the class started with 67 people and weeded down to 18) I can make it through anything. lol

Congrats on that, I'm graduating next week too, assuming I don't kill myself before then. I've finally managed to stop crying myself to sleep due to stress levels lately, woo hoo!

Next two weeks looks like this:

5/3 Egyptian Art Quiz
5/4 Interview for new job, clean up sculpture and ceramic studios, go to baseball game and forget school for 3 hours
5/5 Egyptian Art Final , second interview, Photo portfolio review, submit slides for School of Art Archive
5/10 Ceramic portfolio review
5/11 Contemporary Art final
5/12 wash stress away with day at spa, and attend graduation ceremony

The tests are not what I'm worried about, I'm just sick to DEATH about talking about my own and other people's artwork for 3 hours straight for TWO days.
