Buying: S4 Sanct on 665 Difficulty

I'm looking for S4 (then S5 and S6 ultimately) Sanct on an item that is currently 665 (then 685 and 705 respectively) difficulty. I am willing to provide fixskill potions if someone needs to fixskill and back to get to those levels of difficulty.
