Anyone into these? I just bought an Ergatti, waiting for it to ship in. I canoe a bunch so I'm ready to murder the leader boards.

No but they look interesting.
I bought a fancy exercise bike last year.

Rowers work out like 86% of your muscles. The Ergatti is a bit pricey, but I like the wood look and the technology/connectivity.
I was looking at Pelotons originally, then I started looking at Rowers and they just seem way better.

They probably are if you have the space.

The Ergatta folds up, so it takes like no space. A lot of rowers do.

But folding things up is so hard. That's why my closet is a pile of clothes on the floor.

You're lazy. I bet you can put GS on the screen of the rower's built in tablet, so you can script while you row

I actually considered doing this for the tablet on my exercise bike.
Yes I need help.

The Ergatta seems like a nice machine but I will never give money to a company that employs Colin Kaepernick.

Wasn’t aware they did, but I judge a product on itself.

Agreed a lot of terrible people or people I don't agree with could work for ASICS, I would still totally buy them

Is it still cancel culture when the right does it?
Joking. I don't care.
I also don't shop at Home Depot anymore cause their owner funds 4 5 so much.

Back on topic, I can't review rowing machines per se, but the Bowflex max trainer 6 is the best cardio thing I've bought ever, so far.

Home Depot is a public traded company, the largest ownership share is 8.5% by a stock trading group. There isn't really an "owner".

I have a Concept2, and I hate it. Great workout, very well-built machine, has stayed in excellent condition with minimal upkeep even after 10 years. But I hate it.

Hey, that is only 1/4th of the founders, and he has about as much pull at Home Depot as just about anyone else. He wasn't even with Home Depot when he donated to Trump.

I'm looking at rowing about twice a day, probably 15 minutes a session at first until I get used to it. I need to get in peak fitness for when I go to Ukraine.

Cool stories.
Lowes is a nicer store anyway. They may not have the slick corporate feel of Home Depot but they've got customer service down pat.
Do a curbside pickup at home depot, you'll get a link to your phone and when you click it and give someone your parking spot # they'll send your order right out.
Do a curbside pickup at Lowes, you'll get a person coming out to your car with the wrong order at first probably, but they'll be friendly about it and they'll invite the rest of the customer service team out to bullshit around your car while they send out a search team for your goods. They'll eventually find them and bring em out to you with a smile.

Lowe’s feels way more corporate to me.

No, I'm saying that while they're often unable to provide a slick corpo transaction, they're generally alot friendlier and more customer service centric than Home Depot. At least around here this is true, of all of the Lowes hardware stores I've been to. Home depot don't care around here, its almost like their managers are teaching disdain.

Dealing with a bunch of incompetent people and having your order fucked up > getting your shit done right from a company where one of their founders donated to Trump after he already left the company.
That's what happens when retards like Bhaalizmo operate on nothing but ignorance fueled emotion and retardedness.

This is the equivalent of "Sure Biden sucks and everything is in shambles under him, but that's ok because no more mean tweets!"

Imagine being so anti-corporation that you prefer corporations that fuck up all of the time and waste your time but are friendly while they do it, compared to corporations that are more professional and don't fuck up in the first place.

It's weirdly interesting, albeit decreasingly so over time, to watch you fabricate things that you think other people think. Such as the the quote above.
It's probably not worth the effort, but here we go again, with yet another explanation that you won't understand. I generally don't waste time on it with you because your frothing at the mouth, chomping at the bit, OMG the sky is falling perspective on things is tiresome and it's rare to ever see you do anything but more of the same. But here goes.
I don't hate corporations, nor do I hate incompetent corporations a little less. In this particular example of Home Depot / Lowes Hardware, I don't even hate Home Depot. I do prefer Lowes Hardware for a variety of reasons, only 1 of which are mentioned in this thread. Preference for A does not equate to hatred for B. I'm not going to make a list of the reasons why because it's just not that serious. Your characterization of that as hate and preference based on hatred says a lot about you.
The next time you think something negative, turn it around and try to say it in the opposite way. State the positive reason(s) for something rather than assuming the negative. Try it. I dare you.

You said you don't shop there at all because their owner (who isn't even involved with the company anymore, nor was he when he started funding Trump) funds Trump. That isn't saying you prefer one over the other. It means you don't even consider the other one as an option.

I did say that yes. What I didn't say was that it was the sole reason, which it isn't.
I stand by the rest of what I said above about preference. Home Depot was already falling off my list of places I'd like to shop when I crossed them all the way off it, for a sleu of reasons.

I prefer to not shop at either of them, tbh. Lowe's in closer. Home Depot sometimes has the stuff I need. They are really interchangeable to me.

I personally prefer the selection at my local Lowes, as well as their customer service. I've always felt like Lowes has slightly better brands, compared to Home Depot. Plus Lowes is closer. But it matters to me that Lowes attempts to be customer service centric, whereas the Home Depots around here seem mostly annoyed with customer presence when I've been there.
The mom and pop hardware shops have almost all been crushed by these two behemoths, so there's not a lot of alternative. Even Ace has closed. The only mom & pop hardware stores still surviving around here are the ones that are located inconveniently 15 or more minutes away from Lowes or Home Depot.

You didn't say it wasn't the sole reason either, so why would you expect people to not take what you said at face value?

Weird how that became "not the only reason" after you got roasted for being butthurt.

So it came in last Friday. Loving it. Doing about 10,000 meters a day, probably increase as my split/500m gets better.
