Just remember that Twitter banned Trump for saying words, yet all of Russia's government's accounts are still in tact.
And you alt-leftists think nothing of this.

They do things specifically based on what is said on Twitter. If they removed entire countries because of their foreign interactions, the US probably wouldn't even have a twitter presence. We've invaded more countries than Russia.

Well yeah, this is why they are absurd. They removed Trump for saying mean words, yet they still allow Putin who just invaded an entire country. They still other Russian government accounts who are spreading propaganda about the Ukraine war they themselves started.

On the contrary, Russia is just another chapter of Antifa fighting off the evil Ukrainian Neo-Nazi government. Leftists love that.

Trump violated their TOS, Russia hasn't, simple as that. What Russia does OFF Twitter has no bearing.

Then Twitter should update their TOS. I don't understand what the problem here is.
I am just pointing out what a complete joke Twitter's rules are.

Why? Russia hasn't done anything on Twitter. Trump was banned for stuff he posted on Twitter.
Tgo01

Why?
Why not? Russia hasn't technically done anything to the US, EU, or the rest of the world outside of Ukraine and yet most of the world is slapping sanctions on Russia.

Because people/countries are looking for ways to punish Russia for their actions, even if Russia's actions didn't affect them personally. Twitter, unsurprisingly, isn't going to do shit apparently, even though they have shown they are willing to punish a sitting US president for saying words.

Twitter is objectively neutral. They didn't violate anything on Twitter, they aren't punished by Twitter. Why would they? Trump DID violate Twitter's TOS, and he was removed from it.

You keep saying Russia didn't violate their TOS, Trump didn't violate their TOS for years until they suddenly made up some bullshit new rules so they could have a reason to boot Trump. Twitter could just as easily make up a new rule saying "If you're part of a government who illegally invaded and occupied another country then we'll ban your accounts."
BOOM! Russia is in violation of Twitter's TOS. But again, which is my entire point, is Twitter is a complete joke and won't do that.

Again get outta here! They ban people for "spreading COVID misinformation" yet when leftists make the exact same claims they are fine. When Bill Gates starts espousing medical information or expertise about COVID or vaccines they don't ban him.
They banned people for posting information that came from "hacked" sources yet they allowed posts to stay that mentioned names of people who donated to the trucker convoy even though the information came from hacked sources.
They banned a US news outlet for daring to report on the Hunter Biden scandal.
To suggest they are neutral is laughable.

I'm not calling out Wal-Mart because Wal-Mart never banned a sitting US president for saying words then gladly kept doing business with Russia. If they had and then they did then I would, but they didn't and they don't so I didn't and won't.

Can't forget the other joke of a company: YouTube.
Google Faces Sanctions Dilemma With Pro-Russia YouTube Channels (https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/world/google-faces-sanctions-dilemma-with-pro-russia-youtube-channels/ar-AAUgOgf?cvid=361787b50d464ebef316a44b034d4b10)
tl;dr: Google doesn't really want to comply with sanctions against Russia because they are making too much money in the Russian market.
But they had no problem censoring a sitting US president for saying mean words.

You bring up an interesting point about the complexities of social media platforms like Twitter and their handling of different accounts and content. The decisions they make in terms of moderation can indeed spark debates about freedom of expression and the perception of fairness.

It's worth noting that social media platforms often face challenges in striking the right balance between providing a space for diverse opinions while also ensuring that their platforms are not used for harmful or inappropriate content.

I bet you if Trump broke wal-mart’s policies over and over again, he would get banned.
While they have different policies, they are both a private company, and they decide who uses it and doesn’t use it. That simple.

So it took him a year and a half.
That makes more sense.
