It imparts a bonus of +20 more than usual.
It appears to weigh about 3 pounds.
The vambraces is miscellaneous armor that covers the arms.
The vambraces can be worn around the arms. The vambraces appear to serve some purpose.
It looks like this item has been mainly crafted out of vultite.

========== MECHANICAL CARTRIDGE VAMBRACES ==========
The ivory vultite vambraces contain the Mechanical Cartridge Vambraces script.

These vambraces take cartridges that alter the functionality of the vambraces.
Each cartridge has its own ANALYZE information so please read each ANALYZE carefully.

You can attach a cartridge by by PUTing it IN the vambraces.
If you wish to disable the cartridge, you should FLIP the latch on the vambraces.
You can FLIP it again to enable the cartridge.
To remove a cartridge, just GET it FROM the vambraces.

The vambraces can be freely altered by any merchant as long as the noun the remains "vambraces".
The vambraces have access to the following functional verbs: WEAR, REMOVE, FLIP.

The ivory cartridge is not attuned to anyone and may be used.
The ivory vultite vambraces is not attuned to anyone and may be used.

The vambraces currently have an ivory cartridge etched with a katar attached to it.

========== WEAPON CARTRIDGE ==========
An ivory cartridge etched with a katar contains the Weapon Cartridge script for Mechanical Cartridge Vambraces.
This cartridge allows you to make attacks and parry empty-handed using the weapon inside.
You must PUT cartridge IN vambraces for it to function.

The cartridge contains a steel blade which is a katar.

The steel blade is in the cartridge and functioning normally.

The cartridge is UNLOCKED for two-weapon combat.
The cartridge is LOCKED for parrying attacks while unarmed.

The blade may be altered but the noun must remain "blade" and the alter must not indicate that the shape of the blade would not slide properly. All improvements should be made to the blade itself AND NOT THE CARTRIDGE OR VAMBRACES!

The weapon contained in the cartridge should never be made of anything other than metal!

You can GET the blade FROM the cartridge at any time. Doing so will prevent the cartridge from functioning.
While detached, the blade may be PUT IN the cartridge.

The ivory cartridge is not attuned to anyone and may be used.

The blue steel blade contains the Weapon Cartridge Weapon script for Mechanical Cartridge Vambraces.
It can be altered by any merchant but the noun MUST remain blade.

Jorshan's Twin Weapons
Description: This script is designed around two weapon combat. They will not function unless you're using two weapons of the same script in your hands. The main hand (Primary) weapon referenced is the right hand and the left hand (Secondary) is the offhand.

Passives
Twin Rising
Hitting an opponent with these weapons applies a counter. Consecutive strikes
against the target increase the effects of these counters which in turn increases
the weapon's flare strength. The counters last for 15 seconds before falling off. This effect
works with both weapons and will only work if wielding two weapons. Wielding two weapons
of the same flare type will increase the counter application rate.

The cartridge is unlocked for TWC (10k BS), and the weapons inside have Twin Weapons on them which is a 250k BS buy.

the twin weapon script add-on is 250k , what are the actual stats of those blades ?

No, They cost 7500 bs off the shelf, it's 250k bs to add the script to your existing OP weapon. Which I'm sure you know and are just false advertising to make money.

Beld's correct on this one. The standard 2WC katar vambrace cartridge has the Jorshan Script add-to on both blades. This is a valuable item, even if the blades are pretty vanilla at the moment.

I'd be concerned putting Jorshan in that is a big mistake. If you unlocked those all the way, how are you suppose to activate them and use their abilities if they always revert back into the vambrace?

I'm not trying to ruin a cool idea or anything, but its a good question on the functional nature. I'd just want to know if I was buying something of that nature it all worked correctly.

When the blades are in the cartridge you can't use the activated abilities. The passives will still fire off though, which are pretty good. In fact, as far as katars are concerned in a mechanical bracer cartridge, I'd say that the twin weapon script is your best option for the script flare slot.

if those are ots jorshan I think you can actually make the same setup for cheaper than your mb. vambrace1k, jorshan 7.5k x 2, katar cartridge 5k, twin weapon unlock 10k so 31k or 36k depending on if you need to buy a second katar cartridge to actually use the twin weapon unlock for the vambraces.

You cannot put scripted weapons in the Vambraces. The only way to get weapon scripts in the vambraces is to add a script to the item once the item inside has been converted to the blade that they use.

if those are ots jorshan I think you can actually make the same setup for cheaper than your mb. vambrace1k, jorshan 7.5k x 2, katar cartridge 5k, twin weapon unlock 10k so 31k or 36k depending on if you need to buy a second katar cartridge to actually use the twin weapon unlock for the vambraces.

As others have pointed out, this is incorrect. You cannot do this without using the 250K (or attuned version) of the Jorshan add-to certificate.
