The semi-transluecent cerulean crystal shard is rough and uneven, with jagged edges and an especially sharp tip. Splaying out like tiny splinters through the interior, dark scarlet blood infuses the crystal, with several threads curling up to form the shape of a rune.
There appears to be something written on it.

Carved into the surface of the crystal is the "1E-" rune. While unfamiliar, you sense that its purpose is aligned with an arcane bloodrune.
