Look at a certain room (scrying glass)?

Is there an item (with unlimited uses) that allows me to peer into a certain room (For example TSC)? I should be able to set the room it looks into and the item should not crumble. I would use it to find a target for my familiar.

Does something like this exist, and if so how rare/expensive are we talking?

There are a couple of different examples that could work for you. There are single location scrying devices out there, that allow you to set the location. There are also scrying crystals that aim at a number of pre-set locations. Not quite what you're asking for, but it gas the added flexibility of having a number of set locations so you wouldn't have to set them and could more easily aim for another town, but they don't cover all towns and can't be switched. You also get a snapshot with those, not continual view of the location.

I think the 10 setting ones sell for a bit more but the 3 setting ones sell for much less.

1613 lets you see possible destinations in places you've anchored that are somewhat close by :shrug:

If all you're looking for is target for your familiar, get enough water lore or water lore enhancives and then anchor your familiar. Alternatively, if you use Lich just download the famgo2 script.

I'm familiar with go2. I'm also familiar with familiars. I have one capped wizard and one almsot capped wizard (both leveled myself) so I know how they work. I want this item for other reasons. Thanks.

I get that.

Your comment of "I would use it to find a target for my familiar" seemed like you were looking to spend a lot of money for no reason. If you want it for other purposes then my suggestions aren't really relevant.
