Fixstats Sanity Check

So after 21+ years, I'm coming up on level 99. I've got a fixstat potion ready to go after the mistakes I made in 2001. Someone give me a sanity check on my plans?

Notes:

I checked against gs4chart.cfapps.io and stats seem to be consistent with Hymore.
I'm skepitcal of the CS as now I'm 128/60/50 Sorc/MnE/MnS and at 512 CS at 98. I feel like that should only be giving me 12 additional CS.
I'm short a few ranks of necro compared to now (60 now vs. 49 after training). I could dump a few sorc ranks to get back to 0.6x.
The stats would be a major boost as right now I have a 68 strength, 74 con, 85 agi.
6x/6x T4 NerveStaff with T3 ensorcell; 5x 6 CER CP Doubles
My gear + ascendencies includes +18 Wisdom enhancives / +20 aura enhancives.
EDIT: The stats would be yuge, as right now I have 68 STR, 74 CON and 85 AGI.


Questions

Is there any reason to wait for 100, given that my projected CS should be higher?
Is the 141/63/40 split good? What's the usual target for spell ranks?
First order of business is to get necromancer higher, I think, and then hit more spell casting ranks. After that ?????
