Someone messaged me with a question about this item, it has a weird description that I copied straight off wiki which seems to suggest it takes mana when you wave it - it doesn't.

So that looks like an old style which probably means you have to use up all the charges and then wait 24 hours and then all 3 will be back then. Is that correct?

That said you might be able to get it updated for the asking, unless there is some unique script or some spell is just off the modernizing list(Nothing there looks to come to mind).
