Looking for alteration inspiration

I'm looking to alter a long bow and a set of chain hauberk. I know a lot of people out there have gotten specific with different parts of the bow for instance - the nocks, etc.

Anyone have any nice alterations (particularly long shows) that they wouldn't mind posting here for inspiration?

I don't have any alters like this but if you have any idea of what you'd be interested in design wise I'm happy to make some designs suggestions for you.
