Given the difficulty this person can handle, the juice is probably worth the squeeze to wait it out. I don't think there are a bunch of people running around with that high a bonus, and if they are their essence is probably going just as quickly.

I commonly line up services for my mutant sorcerer in advance. It's not uncommon for mutant services. I think Leafiara is booked up for a good year or two. Establishing a price ahead of time and having open communication about item/expectations/etc just streamlines the process.
