Fire flaring UCS gear

It has been a while since I looked but I thought there was an NPC with a cart on Four Winds that sold 4X UCS gear. I thought at various times of the year it had flaring gear on it. Your other option is to just by several sets of plain gear and have an old fire attuned wizard e-blade it.

Thanks for the look - the cart has cold flaring boots and gloves at the moment. EG had a ton - just started my monk and kicking myself for not thinking to grab some there.
