WPS and new sanctify

Dear Warriors,

Should I continue WPS on my gear before aiming for t5 sanctify?

For example, if I get a t5 sanctify on a weapon, would it be impossible to add WPS?

I know I have to strip the bless off a weapon before adding more WPS.

Several times I had Dreaven strip the bless, run to the warrior guild, add WPS, run back to Dreaven and get an Uber bless.
