River Rest and Icemule Shop

I'm looking to possibly sell these two shops since I'm contemplating cutting back my accounts but have no idea on the silver/cash value of these shops. Any help is greatly appreciated.

When I bought my RR shop a few years ago I paid 20m... I haven't seen any other RR shops listed since then, but ones in other towns have been increasing in value pretty steadily. Could prolly get 30-40m for it, but might have to wait for a potential buyer to get citizenship on a char.

I'll offer 40 for RR and 50 for Icemule as a starting point for bidding, if you want to auction ... would need to actually get citizenship

At one point I was thinking of trading my IMT shop for another town, but with hinterlands coming soon it'll probably be able to drum up more business.
