Who was the big winner?
Which GM should be drawn and quartered?
Should Mike Williams have fallen to #10, and should the Lions have taken him when they already have Charles Rogers and Roy Williams?

The Lions need all the help they can get.
Also, Williams being available at the 10th pick is insane, I would have thought 5 or 6th pick.

Yeah I didn't think he'd last near that long. Man I can't wait for the season to start.

I thought Vikes should of picked Mike Williams over Troy Williamson. I think the Cardinals had a great draft for the 2nd year in a row under Dennis Green. They are definetly a team on the up and up. San Diego satisfied some much needed defensive needs. A pretty weak draft class overall, but should be interesting seeing Detroit next year. I can't wait to use them in Madden 2006 with Kevin Jones, "The Legend" Roy Williams, Mike Williams, and Charles Rogers.

I'm excited about the Bucs getting Caddy man although I don't know what good it will do if our O-line is still punked out like bitches.

The Auburn Tigers won. 3 top 10 picks and a 25th pick. Gonna be good for recruiting I'd say. Was a great day.
rht (I said it's great to be an Auburn Tiger)

Auburn University had 4 players that were picked in the first round:
Ronnie Brown, RB: 2nd overall pick.
Carnell Williams, RB: 5th overall pick.
Carlos Rogers, CB: 9th overall pick.
Jason Campbell, QB: 25th overall pick.
Basically establishing how good of a graduating class Auburn University had last year.

Which aside from the tigers outstanding performance as of late it also makes a HUGE difference in pulling in the nations top highschool players.

Williamson is a lot quicker/faster than Mike Williams. Vikings wanted a burner to replace Moss, they have a stretch the field vertical offense that Williamson will probably be a better fit in.

I understand Vikes have the vertical passing game, I just thought Mike Williams is such a rare talent. He ran a faster 40 than Anquan Boldin, has some of the best hands in the draft, can catch balls in traffic etc. Williamson seems like the type of player that is much easier to find in a given draft.
