Looking to get a better idea on the value of this enhancive. Someone in channel mentioned about 3 million, but I figured another opinion or two would be nice.

Pin worn; crumbly.

From the rapid vibrations of the pink topaz stickpin, you determine it has no spell within it now, but could be imbedded with one, in the proper hands. You estimate that it can contain an average amount of mana.

The magical strength of this item is strong. It could probably handle the imbedding of an entirely new spell, if handled with care.
The stickpin resonates with your voice, indicating that it enhances its owner in the following ways:
It provides a boost of 9 to Stamina Recovery.
This enhancement may not be used by adventurers who have not trained 45 times.
It provides a boost of 4 to Health Recovery.
This enhancement may not be used by adventurers who have not trained 34 times.
The stickpin looks to have a lot of charges remaining.

I think you could get more than 3m out of this. I would guess 5-7m

I sold a +6 stamina regen ring for 4m, if that gives you an idea

I have also bought a +6 stamina regen ring for 250k.... it really depends on the buyer and timing of sale but I agree with 5m+ to the right person, especially with the extra health regen. Heck, Giantphang loves HP rec enhancives so he might pay you a boatload for this.
